The filling machine is weighing type filling machine which consists of conveyor, main frame, drum clamp part, measuring part, filling nozzle, oil storage tank and control system, the filling range can be from 3L to 10L, with the function of zero-tracking and automatically fall correction, gross/net weighing type can be chosen, the filling type is divided into rough filling and fine filling, to guarantee high filling accuracy; equipped with drip collector and leakage-proof vacuum device, to prevent drip or spill.
This machine can complete drum inlet, measuring filling, drum outlet automatically, it is an ideal equipment in lube industry, Car Care Products industry and fine chemical industry.
Capping machine features:
The capping part is a rotary capping with 4 capping heads, with PLC and touch screen automation control, with accurate measurement, advanced structure, stable operation, low noise, wide adjustment range, fast speed, all parts are use high-quality stainless steel, is the ideal packaging equipment for various industries. PLC has a memory function, and can simultaneously memorize the combination of five doses and operating parameters, mechanical structure is simple, large space, greatly facilitate the replacement of the specifications of the adjustment.
