Overview:
This machine is a new generation of two in one filling and capping machine, which is an ideal filling equipment for liquids such as soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, etc. It has strong automation and large production capacity. The entire production process is controlled by PLC and monitored by HMI, which is a reasonable combination of machine part, electricity, light, and gas.
Adopting advanced mechatronics technology, each key part of the mechanical transmission is equipped with protection devices. If there is any abnormality during the operation, it will automatically shut down and give an alarm, and the touch screen will automatically prompt and show the abnormal part of the machine.
All mechanical components of this machine are designed with waterproofing and gasification protection, which can effectively collect waste gas and residual liquid during the filling process without polluting the workshop environment.
It has the advantages of accurate measurement, advanced structure, smooth operation, low noise, and fast filling speed. The main material is 304 material, and the part in contact with the material is 316 material, with no dripping or leakage during operation.

The parts of the machine that have contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the valves and pipelines meet hygiene requirements; The old type filling nozzle from other company will deform slightly after long period operation time, leading to the foam leakage during filling. While our new type filling nozzle uses an independent cylinder for controlling, which can prevent foam from leaking, and each nozzle can be adjusted individually.
2. Automatically complete operations such as conveying, bottle feeding, self flowing filling, and bottle discharging;
3. The changeover of feeding nozzle’s specification can be without tool; All adjustment parts are engraved with scales, making adjustment convenient and intuitive; All the discharge pipelines are of quick installation clamp type, easy to maintain;

The machine is equipped with a vacuum suction system, which can extract excess materials from the bottle, ensuring that the liquid level is in a particular position and greatly improves the filling precision and stability ; At the same time, the material pumped by vacuum tank is recycled to the designated material bin through a diaphragm pump.
5. The machine is designed with a material discharge outlet on the side, a quick release valve and connector for easy disassembly.
6. This machine uses the following working principle to control the filling volume: flow rate x time=filling volume to control the filling volume.
7. The machine is equipped with multiple specification parameters selection, making dose and action adjustment more convenient and efficient;
8. This machine is equipped with multiple alarm programs to facilitate users in troubleshooting the machine and a safety lock that cannot be opened when powered on.
Packaging & Shipping:
The machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
