Overview:
This machine is a new generation rotary piston quantitative filling machine with high automation and large production capacity. The amount of material of piston cylinder is completely controlled by PLC.
Machine Main Features:
This machine adopts advanced mechatronics technology, and changing any filling specification only requires modifying the parameters on the touch screen. It can make significant adjustments to the filling volume of 20 heads at the same time, as well as fine adjustments to the filling volume of each head. For each packaging specification, the corresponding parameters can be memorized in the computer, saving modification time. During the operation of the machine, each key part of the mechanical transmission adopts an electromechanical integrated protection device. If there is any abnormality during the operation of the machine, it will automatically stop and give an alarm, and the touch screen will prompt the abnormal part of the machine
This machine is designed with waterproof and gasification protection throughout the mechanical component design process, which can effectively collect waste gas and residual liquid during the filling process without polluting the workshop environment.

Packaging & Shipping
1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
